Towel Returns

At JANCHOR TOWELS LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an eligible towel or textile product does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service team before sending it back.

Return Period

Return requests should be made within 30 days after delivery.

Return Conditions

For hygiene and product-quality reasons, returned items should:

• Be unused and unwashed.
• Remain in original condition.
• Include original packaging and applicable accessories.
• Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or other signs of use.

Items That May Not Be Returned

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Personalized or specially prepared products.
• Final-sale merchandise.
• Towels that have been washed or used.
• Products damaged through improper care or storage.

Refunds

Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
